Thompson Timber Home
This beautiful timber frame home will have 3000 sq. ft. of living space. This home will have an efficiency rating of approx. R-45 and to have such rating of approx. R-45 and to have such a rating we will use our green building system.
We will use SIP’s for the roof application, the foundation and walls are the ECO block system, Radiant heating is the primary fuel source which gives you a higher efficiency rating. The combination of this building system will assure the home owner the most cost effect efficient home and will be an Energy Star Rated Home.
The timber frame will encompass the interior of the home.

- NO-NAILS Construction

- Nailess Joinery: Is a building system that requires no nails in the timber frame. We use traditional mortise and tenon joinery. The joinery is secured together with wooden oak pegs, also called dowels and trunnels.
